Our professional services are designed to help California employers prevent costly employee lawsuits and to promote sound, legally compliant employment practices and policies. Our services are available in Spanish and include:

Advice and Counsel:
Advising and counseling employers on day-to-day personnel matters including hiring, disciplinary action, wage and hour issues, disability accommodations, leaves of absence, terminations, layoffs, and other personnel issues.

Workplace Investigations:
Conducting neutral and objective workplace investigations of sexual harassment or other alleged employee misconduct.

Employee and Management Training: Providing employees and supervisors with training on sexual harassment and discrimination prevention, and providing managers with training on how to manage within the law. Supervisor sexual harassment training program designed to fulfill new California mandatory training requirements. Training programs are available in both Spanish and English.

Employment Policy Development: Developing and reviewing employment handbooks, human resource forms, job descriptions, employment agreements, and other employment policies and documentation.

Responding to Administrative Charges: Responding to administrative charges and representing employers before the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Employment Development Department, and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.
