Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Programs

Our sexual harassment and discrimination prevention program is designed to fulfill California's new mandatory sexual harassment training requirements for supervisors and to assist employers in invoking affirmative defenses under state and federal law. Our interactive supervisor level harassment and discrimination training program includes practical examples in preventing harassment, discrimination and retaliation; a review of individual liability; a discussion of expectations of supervisors in identifying and preventing sexual harassment and discrimination claims; and a review of supervisors' duties in handling complaints.

Management Training Programs
